Banks may not be lending much money right now but I certainly am. I reckon by the end of this week I will have about £28,500 of invoices outstanding. That is my business lending money to other businesses. And interest free. Continue reading →

I used to think fat chips were the best chips but making these thin ones, not just draining them but patting them down with kitchen roll so there is very little oil, adding Malden sea salt and then popping them in the oven while the steak cooks for a minute each side and rests a while, makes them perfect.
